According to Jewish Tradition,
Jewish men and boys over the age of thirteen put on Tefillin every
weekday. This profound act strengthens
the mind and heart of the Jewish people at large. In 1967, the Lubavitcher Rebbe instituted the
Tefillin Campaign, encouraging Jews worldwide to take on this very special
Mitzvah.
The Anshei Lubavitch Tefillin
Bank provides many services, including: short or long term loans of
Tefillin, financial assistance toward the purchase of Tefillin, lessons on how
to put on Tefillin, as well as regular visits to your home, store, or office.
To refer a friend for us to
visit, dedicate a pair of Tefillin in honor of a loved one, or to contribute to
the bank in any way please contact Rabbi Neubort at 201-797-4770 Ext. 201.
The
Abshei Lubavitch Tefillin Bank was graciously was graciously dedicated by Dr.
David Graber in fond memory of Rabbi Shimon Bobroysky,
his teacher and his
Rebbe.
