Guidelines for Communicating with Your Child’s Counselors
To ensure effective and respectful communication with your child’s teachers, we ask you to follow these guidelines:
- Use Email for Non-Urgent Communication: Please convey any questions or concerns you may have via email. This helps maintain a record of communication and allows teachers to respond thoughtfully.
- Response Time: Expect a reply within 24 hours. On weekends and holidays, the response time may be longer.
- Avoid Instant Messaging: It is not appropriate to text message or use WhatsApp for non-urgent matters. Teachers may not have immediate access to their phones during work hours, and their personal time should be respected.
- Respect Personal Boundaries: Teachers, like all professionals, need personal time to recharge. Please respect their off-hours and avoid expecting instant responses during these times.
