Please send a pareve or dairy lunch with your child (unless your child is signed up for the Hot Lunch). Please pack your child’s lunch with an ice pack if needed. Please remember, our camp is NUT FREE. Please read labels carefully and refrain from sending products containing and made in a facility with peanuts, tree nuts, or nut traces. Please be mindful of choking hazards when preparing your child’s lunch.
Health and Safety:
Please keep your child home if he or she:

In case of accidental injury (G-d forbid), we will immediately attempt to contact the parents. If necessary, we will call for an ambulance and paramedics. The director or assistant will be in charge and make all decisions about the child’s care until a parent arrives. The parents will be responsible for all medical expenses.
If medication is required during camp hours, a “Medicine Permission Form” must be completed and signed. The medication should be clearly marked with your child’s name and instructions on how and when to give the medication. Contact health@flchabad.com should you need this form.

Directory
Please see the Anshei Lubavitch Camp directory below. Please read thoroughly to ensure that you use the proper channels of communication. New email addresses and file uploads have been created to streamline the communication process.
On a related note, when communicating with your child’s teachers, please be mindful of maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Whenever possible, please convey any questions or concerns you may have via email. Expect a 24-hour wait for replies. On weekends, expect a longer wait. It is not appropriate to text message or WhatsApp our staff regarding non-urgent matters and expect instant responses. While our staff is at work, they are busy with the children and may not have immediate access to their cell phones; when they are at home, they are on their personal time and, as with any job, personal time and boundaries should be respected..
